How we use information
We use your information to review your request, contact you, coordinate a visit and send transactional appointment emails. We do not use appointment submissions for marketing without separate permission.
Service providers
Booking emails are transmitted through our configured SMTP email provider, which processes the information needed to deliver those messages. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs. The embedded Google map may process data under Google's own policies.
Retention and security
Appointment details are delivered by email and retained according to our operational email retention practices. Email and internet transmission are not risk-free. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive device data.
Your choices
Call 773-290-7733 to request access, correction or deletion of appointment information, subject to legal and operational requirements. This policy may be updated as services change.
